Glow voting how she is feels like an attempt to vote with thread consensus, and I'm not sure if it's a wolf going for a mislynch or selfprezing townie, is where I'm at.

my top bottom impressions so far are of cow and glow being the towniest. They seem to be moving to gather information and even if they're pushing a vote it does seem more fruit of a reasonable guess rather than jumping the gun for the sake of doing so. Cow especially so, even if he's voting me. idk why he's pushing for lynching me using a reason to which i sort of answered though. Glow on the other hand scares me since i've been told his style of play doesn't change much depending on the affiliation, so... townie with reserve i guess.

of the remaining three, i think there is at least one wolf (if not two)
coffee has been cautious to the point of exasperation, that seems textbook mafia play in a game like this, schpitt looks equally wary but slightly more aggressive when it comes to suggest a lynch and quickly hide the hands. Aside of this, contribution to the thread seems minimal. Bilbo has contributed the least and he's voting me with a reason as shallow as it can get, i can't help but be perplexed. At this point it wouldn't shock me if he went for another active player in the second day to switch off all the sources of perspective and discussion in the game.

 

Indeed it could be seen from wither perspectives, but then again we need to consider she had to go to bed, so it was a final action she made before doing that, leaving the rest for us to work out.

I agree with Glow being townie, but I'm still unsure about Cow.
For some reason he still seems kinda iffy, because there's something about his direct approach that rubs me in the wrong way.

I admitted earlier that I was indeed being cautious in this game, because I'm not used to there being so much on the line already on the first DP. Which is why I wanted to be more silent and get a good read on people, because I didn't want to just randomly throw accusations everywhere, since its vital we pick the right person.

 

Fwiw I've been playing mafia for years. I have some hundred games over several sites.

I'm playing on level 1 because the players here seem relatively new.

Crispickle baselessness and evasiveness feels wolfy here. Notice how she doesn't really answer my previous question, and instead makes a large post and hedges.

i provided context with a paragraph, used another to state why this context wouldn't match with the current game rules, and finally answered your question directly. Not really sure why not answering with a dry one liner makes me wolfy tbh.

i'd rather vote bilbo but maybe i could vote schpitt and hope none of us gets lynched since it's D1, so i can try and go for the optimal lynch in the next dayphase.

And if it's regarding all your questions we're a lot who hasn't answered all of them throughout the day.
This includes Bilbo and Schpit, so that argument should also apply to them

Going for a non kill is one way to solve this, but I'm super uncertain what the best approach is right now.

If I were to reply to the first two paragraphs I would say "ok" and "ok". They aren't really solvey and are more for contextualization, which is fine. However, the third paragraph does not answer the posed question. You essentially just say here "I would vote the wolfiest player".

In short, this is a lot of words to say not a whole lot.

 

your question was very time-specific though. How can i tell i would toss a vote to glow when the scene changed already so much? It's not like we have no data at all now, and hence my answer of "voting the wolfiest" instead of abstaining. Goes without saying that, if glow were to be the wolfiest by now, i'd have voted her. That should have answered all you asked.

 

It was a yes and no question with the possibility of, "no, I would vote X". You gave none of those answers and instead said, "I'd vote the wolfiest player", which means as much to me as, "I'd vote the player who recieved a mafia role card".

It doesn't mean anything.
