i heard that usually they skim over it or ask their wolf pm/chat what happened while they were gone and to catch them up something along those lines is what they usually do

 

well whatcha gonna do for 24 hours? you gotta find wolves somehow and everywhere i have played maf at they always analyze opening posts because wolves can try hard to sound townie and it comes off forced and awkward
for example, a game yesterday i was playing and this guy sounded awkward and tried sooo hard to fit in resulting in him having a wagon for most of the day

That seems like a bit of a silly player if one would do that and i dont really see like how you're reading him as town or light town from a possible behind the scenes thing

because it actually quoted and looked at everyones entry posts, which i dont think i have seen a wolf do normally i see wolves trying to enter the thread first

I mean, not really much. Panda seeming to be fine with being used as a lynch was weird, but I don't know if he was merely being sarcastic, and aside from that it was a whole lot of nothing. SK posted a fair bit, but not much of it seemed to be very insightful to me, so I assume it was a tactic to drum up conversation. Effective, maybe, but not very alignment indicative, and I'm pretty concerned how many people are giving out town reads over it. Aside from that, there was a whole lot of fluff, some questionable voting changes of which I've touched on earlier, and that's about it. Nothing really to derive much of a read from, and I'm not the kind of player who drops read lists frequently anyway.

I think that's a massive assumption to make at this stage. If anything, this is playstyle-indicative and not alignment-indicative. It wouldn't do scum many favours in their quest to appear as town if they clearly were not even following the thread, right?

 

yeah you right maybe i just need to back off now and see how you guys analyze things here
still think that sk is at least light town for doing what he did, but im going to read what panda has to say about sk's opening
