I had gone to Bangalore International Airport to pick up my sister. It was past midnight, 13 Celsius, and a cold dusty breeze was blowing. Also, I was actually down with a slight fever and cold at the time.

I let out a sky-shattering high-pitched sneeze which startled a stray dog and also a CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) guard who reached for his INSAS assault rifle. We locked eyes for a moment, I said sorry, he said "It's okay", and we carried on with our day (or I should say night).
