The town of Aynderil

"I've spotted five of them I like so far. Trying to decided out of them which one I like the best." Dessa says while going back and forth between the five saddles. "Hm, I believe I might buy this black one with the silver on it."

"They are built to withstand a lot of weight Shockwave." She replies walking over to him with her new saddle, tack, bridle, and reins.

 

Esca makes the illusion vanish has they continue on their way. "You'll see a real one eventually. Then you can examine it"

 

"Examine it?" He countered. "No, no, I should like to take one home with me to show my people. Perhaps we can figure out a way to improve upon the design and make it more efficient."

 

"Um, I'm not sure how you can do that Shockwave." Dessa looks at him in confusion.

 

"Well in that case you could buy one. There should be a place around town where that is possible not sure if they operate at this time though" Esca says as it has reached early night time.

 

"I shall buy us one then." Shockwave nods, shifting the items in his grip again. "We can use it to transport us to Dessa's home. I expect she will need assistance to carry everything back for it is far too far of a distance to travel by walking alone, I suspect?"

 

"We will see if they are selling any then. It be away from the Bazzar, and more near the stables. I don't know if that is out of the way of Dessa's home" Esca brings up twirling while they walk.

 

"You don't know how happy I'm to have run into the two of you. Not sure I would have made it home with all this stuff." Dessa sighs in relief at having help with her shopping. "Actually I saw the stables when I came into town this morning. I believe they have a few carriages for sell."

 

"Good!" Shockwave replies with glee, his purple visor pulsing brightly. "I have always wanted to ride in a carriage!"

 

"Okay cool. We will make our way there and put in the order. We will have to rent or buy a horse if they can get it to us now since we need a way to get it to her house as well." Esca brings up
"It would be too large for me to put into my bag"

 

"Do they have animals other than horses for transport?" He asked, tilting his head as was his way in curiosity. "Something other than horses?"

 

"Around here people use horses and oxen to pull carriages, or wagons. Well oxen work better with pulling wagons if you ask me." She tells Shockwaves.

 

"I have only ridden in one when I was little. We took one when I went to the academy to study" she says excitedly

 

"I was kind of hoping for something more mythical, like a dragon." Shockwave replied with a pout and slight droop of his shoulders. "Oxen sound interesting though. What do they look like?"

 

"Oh, the mythical creatures like hiding in the forest. I think there is a legend about a secret waterfall, deep in the forest that some of the creatures call home." Dessa replies to Shockwave. "Oxen are animals that have four legs, have horns and can be brown, black, white in color." "Well those are some of the colors anyway."
