I'll say two options so you can pick which one you prefer
First the more simple one just a panda with the naruto outfit

Or a oc death note character which is pretty much L but has brown skin white hair green eyes his shirt is black and white striped with a panda face on it. Black jeans and a black and white striped Santa hat. If you could get more detailed he would be on a chair next to a fire place with a glass of milk in one hand ores in other with his famous crouched position with creepy smile while the cookie is pointed to the mouth. While watching a tv screen with a panda inside. Also put a Z symbol to the side. If you would be able to do this it would be glorious.
