Anyway, since I don't get the description, is this meant to be a mono tourny?

And do you mean mega evolutions?

It's one type team with second type whatever.

All water team...all grass team....etc etc BUT second type can be different example...Water/Ground,Water/Grass...it's still a water team but just a different second typing.

One one mega is allowed.

You need to log in to your account and then say that you want to participate. Guests cannot participate in contests because it will create many issues. Thus, you need a registered account in order to participate in contests.
