For a quick break down on the One-Punch Man Manga series:

ONE began publishing One-Punch Man as a webcomic in 2009. As of November 2015, the webcomic has released 104 chapters. When the series became popular, receiving 7.9 million hits by June 2012, Yusuke Murata contacted One with a proposal to redraw the comic .​

That means there are 2 versions of pretty much the same series. The one which is ahead drawn by ONE, and the other by Murata. The one drawn by ONE is distinct for the art being... not so good. So there you have it !

Synopsis :

Saitama, the One Punch Man himself! So far there has been no foe able to withstand a serious blow from him. Good for the planet, but bad for him! After going an intense training routine for 3 years straight with no breaks, Saitama broke his limits and became a man strong enough to blow away all stereotypical villains with one hit! But to attain this power, he sacrificed something very important to a human being...​
