For serious i really like Sanji x Pudding romance in this arc . I seriously hope Sanji does have a soul mate maybe odachii has no romantic ending thoughts for sanji well i give a thought .

 

Never cared about shipping in OP, but i think Vivi would be the best for Luffy.
She seems to be the only one who could keep that idiot in control and they also had good chemistry in Alabasta.

I like Luffy and Vivi as a pairing, but they can't be together for similar reasons that Zoro and Tashigi can't be together (although I dislike Zoro X Tashigi).
Luffy and Nami is the best pairing because of this. Although sometimes they have fanservice scenes together even if they're gag moments, they actually have a lot of chemistry together, especially in the Baroque Works Saga and the Skypiea Saga.
Luffy and Boa is a joke. Boa's love for Luffy is blind, and Luffy even told Boa that he would not marry her. This is even worse than Zoro and Tashigi.
