Discussion One Piece Live Action S2

It's basically a ******* skinwalker. Like genuinely sonic before they fixed it in that movie.

Yeah, been a while, I think this is probably the best LA episode.

Discounting changes made, I thought as far as the live action goes, this might have actually been one of the best episodes, if not the best one. I think that Kureha and Hiriluk did a great job. Obviously not comparing to the original lol.

I think the episode did a decent job with chopper's backstory. It's far from perfect, but I think it was condensed in a way that allowed them to give more of a focus to Hiriluk and then Chopper's relationship with him, and also Kureha. I wonder if the parts of Chopper being beat up was cut out so they didn't have to do even more CGI I imagine so.

Chopper's "human" form is so ass.

 

Yeah, the fights are kind of terrible in every aspect. But whatever.

Yeah Karoo was back on Whiskey Peak (can't remember if I already said this to you).

Didn't they film S3 and S2 at the same time, or was that no?

Yeah I don't think so LMAO. I feel like they are dumping this stuff here as it's very unlikely it actually gets that far.

Bro I swear straw hats feel so week compared to manga/anime. Plus the random mutant monsters.

The characters are hit and miss with their acting, so not much a surprised on that.

Yeah, it's a bit weird some stuff they reveal already, but I assume maybe it's because they won't make it there so are putting stuff like that in now.

 

I mean, isn't Inaki a novice actor? I mean, at least to me he seems like a pretty mediocre actor. Just one example.

 

Inaki is a bit hit and miss. It's very obvious that he's trying very hard to emulate Luffy, but I think some of it is just it's impossible to translate a character like luffy into real life acting.
