Discussion Musaigen no Phantom World

Little late, but finally starting to watch this series. I've only seen 2 episodes thus far, but it seems like a pretty fun, enjoyable series - like most of KyoAni's works. Got a pretty good blend of comedy and light-hearted "action". Looking forward to seeing this one out.

If you've seen this, your thoughts? And if you've not watched it but are thinking about it, or would like to watch something that is a fun little series, I'd recommend checking it out from what I've seen.

 

Just finished episode 3 which was another fun enjoyable episode. I rather like the way the whole memory transfer thing was handled. Rather than Haruhiko just being able to perfectly do Mai's abilities, as he himself did not have the endurance and stamina of her training, it wasn't overly effective. Although, him being able to jump that high without having the same actual physical abilities sorta contradicts what happened. lol. Meh, pedantics.

 

Episode 4 was another fun episode. Nice to have some more backstory on Reina, even if it seemed to but fairly short-cut. :/

 

Yeah, a fun little series so far. As you said, nothing spectacular. And, doesn't Amagi somewhat fall under that too?

 

Guess so. Idk, hard to know from an anime with only a few episodes when there is a ln form that I wouldn't follow. Most probably right though.

 

Episode 5 was decent. Some nice action and a good proper introduction to Minase and also shitty people 101. RIP.

 

Episode 6 was pretty comfy. Kurumi is CUTE. ;-; Especially when she was a kid. Hopefully next ep they all team up now.

 

Episode 7 was okay. Hoping the show gets some more action, but thinking it won't. :/

 

Just finished episode 8! This episode was pretty comfy and funny, especially that ending kek. Poor dude.

 

Episode 9 was pretty decent. That bear sure looked out of place af, on that stage. It's a pretty decent chill anime.

 

Episode 10 was probably the best ep so far. Had some nice humour and parts too. Ruru is best. n.n
