   As I think about more, Haruki is definitely more to blame than anyone else in this situation. His indecisiveness and failure to follow his heart was the main cause for all their pain. What Setsuna did may have seem dirty, however love is a battlefield and she made a preemptive strike. Kazusa just failed to make the first move and didn't express her true feelings till it was to late.
