Synopsis

Together with his talented aides, the "Realist Hero" Kazuya Souma continues his quest of reinvigorating the Elfrieden Kingdom through administrative reform. Having successfully conquered Van—the capital city of the Principality of Amidonia—Kazuya now faces the envoy from Gran Chaos Empire, who wishes to impose punishment for breaching the ban on war established by the Mankind Declaration Treaty. Despite the dire situation, Kazuya sees a path to avoid unnecessary conflict whilst gaining new allies. With his plan being seemingly perfect, the only barrier to success is gaining approval from the envoy.

Episode 1 (14) was alright. It was less about negotiation and more about Souma antagonizing Julius lol. Looks like the real negotiations are about to begin with Jeanne. It also seems like the dummy thing was Souma's power, unless I misunderstood.

 

Episode 2 was interesting. Lol at how Jeanne wanted Souma to become King of the Empire. So they agree the demons are probably just other races after some though. Looks like Souma has heard of the name of the Demon King somewhere before.

 

Episode 3 was decent. They finally got done with the whole deal. The adventurers were thrown a party of sorts due to their help too. Souma almost gave himself away in the puppet lol.

 

Episode 4 was alright. Just like that Souma got 2 new wives lol. So some random shadow group somehow controls the country? RIP Carmine too.

 

5 was alright. A bit of a drawn out theatric, but both Carla and Castor were spared. Souma had those nobles killed. Looks like Roroa is planning something.

 

Episode 6 was ok. The scientist chick has a few screws loose.

 

Amidonia begged Souma to annex them. Roroa also now is offering to be his wife lol.

 

Episode 8 was good. Roroa is real smart. She plans to make money to help fund things. Good discussion was had there and also with the empire. Things are going well.

 

Episode 9 was alright. About taking steps to better the slavery system, as they can't dismantle it yet.

 

Episode 10 was ok. So they've revamped the slums removing criminals and making strides in cleanliness. Some people were also trying to kidnap refugees for money, they were dealt with.

 

Episode 11 was ok. They performed a c-section to deliver a baby. Also had discussions with a tribe.

 

Episode 12 was ok. Lol at the girls being taught how to be "good wives". So they plan to have the migrants employed by food venues, not bad. Wonder what the meeting is about?

 

So the King had memories of his failed future sent to the past with magic, which is why he so easily handed Souma control. Season to was pretty mediocre.
