Fairy Tail to END in just 2 volumes!!

Mashima Hiro's fantasy manga Fairy Tail has gathered countless fans since its serialization in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2006. Having enjoyed Natsu and the guild's journey for over 10 years, it's now time to say goodbye, as the manga is set to end after just two more volumes.

This announcement came in an afterword from Mashima for volume 61 of Fairy Tail, which hit the stands in Japan just today. Besides this huge piece of news, he also spoke of his plans back when it began serialization, as well as his current thoughts.

With only two volumes left in this epic series, it'll be hard to let Natsu and the rest of the crew go. What's your favorite Fairy Tail moment and what's your opinion towards Fairy Tail?​

I personally read about 470+ chapters and I can't remember most of stuff,usually when I read manga and I reach the levels of 400+ chapters I tend to remember alot but can't say I experienced it with Fairy Tail.When it ends I'll defo finish it all at one point,as of my fav moment...the moment with Lissana,Mirajane and Elfman when it was emotional when Lissana returned.

 

That's a lot longer than I was expecting... I was expecting five chapters max.

 

After GMG it got worse if I have to be honest

 

Tartarus was great though, sits as my third favourite arc. GMG is I think eighth...

 

Forgot about tartaros... O_O

 

I heard rumours about this, but hoped it wasn't true.

To be fair i think it's it's time it had a good run but now it's beginning to struggle. Was a good read though +.+

 

I don't care about it struggling, for me FT was like following a fictional family which I felt I was a part of and now they're gonna leave me.
Wahhh I'm too emotional for this to happen right now

 

Truth but id rather it end when it's still a lot of fun then dragging out anymore and loosing it's effects and fun you know? The best thing is that when it's done people will just be able to marathon all the volumes so!
