They can do that with One Piece and I'm sure they've done it with DBZ considering how many movies they had.

 

there are no plans as of yet for super to return so that's why I'm assuming if it's to return it'll be in early mid 2019. They tried doing so with resurrection F and it didn't turn out so well.

 

Same bro good thing fall tv is here so I'll be busying myself with that i guess.

 

Until we get a official announcement, I'll take it with a grain of salt. DBS started after the two movies though didn't it? RoF was already finished before DBS aired.

 

I meant with kai and the movie. Oh well we'll see what happens.

That wouldn't make much sense since Kai is just a more polished and cleaned up version of an already completed product, so its not like they need a full animation team working on it.

 

either way if they produce the new movie with dbs the episodes will just look really bad because a lot of the work will be shifted towards the movie and we've seen how bad dbs's animation can be if the animators aren't given enough time or if the team isn't big enough. Sure they could do that but i think toei would rather animate the movie first rather than outsourcing animators and producing bad episodes.

 

Outsourcing isn't always bad if you bring in the right people, but yeah I see what you mean.

 

Saw videos of it being confirmed over etc, was freaking out, thank god it's just a hiatus... If HxH is anything to go by, Hiatus just means hiatus, no matter how many and long they may be.

 

it's not confirmed that it's an actual hiatus all mere speculation at this point for all we know it could be ending for good.
