Do you guys have a separate mobile and regular site format

Doesn't work, I am still stuck in the mobile theme.

Xenforo works okay on mobile by default. This particular site has exceptional user experience on mobile.

The speed on mobile can be improved but I don't see more gains for platform and device compatibility beyond that.

These tips show which improvements you can use to speed up loading on mobile and desktop devices, and UX improvements. Like I said tho, UX is pretty much maxed already.

If there are alternative navigation bars or forum menus to experiment with, maybe that's worth trying.

If you setup a web analytics platform you can see what the rest of the forum thinks, by comparing session number, duration by device category versus bounce rate.

You can do this in Google Analytics, Piwik Analytics, Adobe Omniture (and maybe Webtrends).

I recommend starting with a comparison of how many people on mobile vs desktop vs tablet "bounce" from the page, then look at OS, and browser. This covers the technical explanations for why some platforms might differ - in terms of usability.

But honestly, you'll find a higher difference for usage stats in the type of traffic and user you have. Users who find your site via google are finding it organically, and will be happy if this is the content they are looking for. For users used to a desktop experience, mobile might be a bit jarring. You can see those users in the direct traffic column.

Personally I think there's room for improvement, but not much. Like I said I'd only consider tweaking navigation menus on mobile personally - but I don't have any data for your site to back that up besides the Google pagespeed insights. You can do that by comparing the existing method vs other modules, if there are any.
