    Episode 17 was great, so many developments going on.
    -Hiro turning to an Oni(him and Zero Two really having quite the diabetes inducing relationship)

    -Mitsuru and Korkoro hooking up and sleeping together
    -Dr Franxx, Hachi, Nana, and squad 13 seem to have an entire different agenda than Papa and the APE.
    -Most Adults are pretty much confirmed artificial humans
    -Klaxosaur princess makes her appearance(looks a lot like Zero Two tbh)

    Finally we got the lore on the whole world, everything from the advancement of the humans, the klaxosaurs, the Franxx, and the background and motivations of Dr Franxx, We finally have squad 13 taking a stand against the APE and demanding freedom after the next big mission. Idk how they are planning to end all of this in 5 episodes.

    Yeah shit went absurd in the final 5 episodes and honestly the series really peaked in episodes 13-15. I'll give DiTF a 7/10, kinda wasted potential, but a mostly enjoyable experience and Zero Two is added to my waifu list.

    I disagree. It was such a mish mash of cliche tropes, dull characters, borrowed plot points and stomach turning romance that may well top Kirito x Asuna in it's degeneracy all put together in such a poorly paced and terribly thought out schedule. All of this made me want to drop the anime literally every episode.

    The only saving grace in this pile of trash is the good animation and art so it gets a 4/10 for those two.

    Finally starting this. Episode 1 was alright. So "parasites" are the pilot's or trainees to pilot the mechas. There needs to be 2 and to unleash the potential they need to bond? :thinking Or maybe it's just special for Zero Two and Hiro. Zero Two seems rather mischievous.

    Episode 2 down. Watching Zero Two chow down was amusingly cute. It seems like Ichigo has feelings for Hiro; queue the "love triangle". Always such a massive red flag, and usually turns stories to trash. Ichigo obviously has issues with Zero Two due to her own feelings and them piloting together was rather obvious it wouldn't work due to the aforementioned sub-plot. Well she ended up solo piloting it, so I guess that's something?

    Episode 3 was pretty good. Dove into some action again with them all going live. Showed a point of getting cocky can mean death. Almost went very wrong. I like how Zero Two was going easy with Mitsuru once he had gotten full of himself and wanted to partner with her lel.

    Considering the sub plot is a love triangle which is always a huge red flag, probably.
