That's just tax. It takes away a certain amount of the money you give and adds it to something else.

I disabled it.

You click on someone else's money when they post, and it'll bring up a transaction menu. You give the amount of money you want to give, leave a comment (optional), and then it'll bring up a confirmation for the transaction, which you click Confirm or Cancel.

 

You can put a price tag on anything you want, as long as it belongs to you.

 

For example: You can put a price on an avatar you made for like 1 buck (price differring), person who wants to wear it has to pay the fee if you make it required.

 

With that said, I'm disabling a dollar per post.
