    I got this border good now.

    - 4px black stroke
    - Delete sides
    - 1px white stroke where it'll be selected
    - Deselect
    - Gaussian blur 0.5 px white rectangle
    - Soft light and 40% opacity
    - Clip +.0080 offset exposure filter to black
