    I asked him and he said it's apparently there for other sites looking to use the RSS.

    @Shirou is a complex but well-written character in the Sugoi Desu! manga. We can never predict what he's going to do next.

    I upload the stuff to the database according to Shirou's instructions. He just codes it into the theme.

    I see. So this place does not require much coding. You can easily edit the stuff with little to no coding knowledge.
