    xbox can afford to go higher if they do have the second cheaper option. Assuming ps5 has just one, they can't afford a repeat of the ps3 launch. Even if they have to take a loss to start with.

    Cheaper? Like what Nintendo did with the Switch Lite?

    I was thinking PS5 could become something like Switch, portable and home-console at the same time but they said 2 weeks ago they won't make another handheld.

    If Sony wants to succeed with the PS5, they have to have some good shit backing them up. They already announced they will be backwards compatible with PS4 but if they say during E3 or whatever they plan to even support PS2 and PS3? That's gameover.

    Yes. Have you not heard? There is Anaconda and there is Lockhart allegedly. Cheaper option is 4tf or something.

    There will probably be some cross gen ps5 ports from ps4, but yeah, hopefully full ps4 backwards compatibility at least. But if it had all of them it would be a smash out success. Would sell like hotcakes especially if the price is right. Can you imagine if they ported the psp and vita library to it too? Damn.

    I never understood the hype for compability for older games. Who in their right mind would go damn. I wanna play some old as fuk Spyro(even though I have a remastered one)
