That's the unfortunate thing about travel advertising. One's country is going to get stereotyped, and businesses involved in travel are going to give stereotypical tag-lines. All nations suffer from this - even the US.

And don't even get me started on Germany. Oh, boy...

When my sister planned a trip to Germany this year, one of the things that was suggested was a concentration camp tour.

Really? Germany has nothing else to offer? Not the southern Alps, the beautiful woodlands, the old scientific institutions and museums and music halls? Straight to concentration camps?

 

That was the funniest part he wasn't believing you that you weren't haahahahaha great times, great times

But it's not bad is it? I mean that one particular line. Having a shot with a friend has a natural ring to it, this is stereotype used in a good way.

Using death camp as a travel advisory though... That's a travel equivalent of a shot to the knee, especially about a place that has so many things to offer.

I cannot imagine someone buying travel option BECAUSE there is a trip to a death camp...

 

Yeah. At least it indicates that Poland is relaxed and fun.

It's just depressing.
