Galaxy S23FE
It is honestly a shit device for the price. It is currently going for less than the MRP of the A55, but is still shit value for money. Too many disadvantages. Still better than the Pixel 7a, 8a, upcoming 9a, however. Now those devices are utter garbage.

Headache is gone. But I'm still burnt out. Also craving cheese.

 

By the way... I found out that the absolute dog-shit displays on the Pixels 7a and 8a (the latter of which really messed with me) are not Samsung. They are P-OLED displays made by LG, which are notorious among us migraine sufferers and PWM sensitive people. That explains why the base Galaxy S23/S24 display doesn't mess with me. I initially thought the Pixels used the very same display panels as those.

I might get some Bocconcini later. It'd go well sliced into disks on a Mediterranean salad/platter with crushed walnuts and a drizzle of cilantro pesto.

Yeah. LG really has gone to shit when it comes to displays. They've been going downhill in this area since 2014, actually. Samsung and Sony have stayed stagnant. Meanwhile TCL, BOE, even Xiaomi are well ahead.

Man, I tell you, I really hope more big-name smartphone manufacturers adopt TCL's Nxtpaper display tech, which I did get a chance to try out once. That shit is heavenly. I have hopes of someone like Motorola adopting it for their budget G-series. Samsung would probably avoid any display panels not made by them. Nothing Phone definitely won't because Carl Pei is an idiotic turd pretending to be an innovative genius. I can see Xiaomi and Oppo adopting them, if TCL gave them a good deal.

Yeah. The supermarket I normally shop at has a fantastic cheese counter. I'm actually a regular there. At that counter specifically.

 

Samsung, Sony, LG have gone downhill in TVs as well. Toshiba (surprisingly) and TCL (especially when it comes to display tech and features at a low price) have really upped their games in these areas. And you have relatively new players like Xiaomi, OnePlus, et al to give those fukks competition.

TCL TVs are growing in popularity even here in Bangalore Urban. And the trends in tech that this district follows generally reflect global happenings rather well.

Not just cheaper. TCL's displays are actually better for eye health. Some reviewers back up their claims. I can also back up their claims, since I am PWM sensitive and prone to migraines.

 

Put a deposit for a car, bought half-half since I don't need a car atm so I split it with family.
