I guarantee he works more than all of the people that complain unironically about it.

 

that's avg performance. Some apps are little perfomrance like 1% range others are like 30% so yeah. It has higher power to get the performance but runs cooler as i understand it. it's also better in multithreaded/core application. All in all, AMD on a roll.

 

Only reason government would bother is because of their US fabs. They're pretty much fucked unless a merger occurs I think. It's amazing how they went from on top solid to just a complete shitshow. Allegedly the 9950x3d might be better than 9800x3d and also trump others with multicore/multithread workloads. Image that. Allegedly it'll use 3d vcache on both ccds.
