The problem is GC thinks it will be used to target them in University by reserved student which to be honest can happen but then again many of these people do discriminatory shit in daily life

Second thing Upper Caste basically think since their ancestors where brutal on lower caste they will retaliate when handed over such law like cough when they target muslims that your ancestors broke our temple so discrimination against you is fine cough

The party that is bringing this is party of their Supreme leader and they have totally swallowed the pill that he is their only saviour and he is giving the belt treatment to them so basically na ghar ka na ghat ka situation

Their is also tussle between tadipaar and chota fanta.
Gunju lobby has filled all cm of orange party with incompetent yes men but chota fanta is very popular in viraat hindu circles.
People are saying there is a conspiracy to get him gone so no one can challange the gujju lobby


Upper caste hold most of the influential position and they are a minority so they see them being scapegoated which is true to some extent but they also sabotage others which is basically this law is trying to counter
