Has Denuvo sooooooo.....

 

First impressions, ngl it’s not that big of a difference…though some stuff are mehhhh

 

I was the most scared of lacking the back button but it does have a back button, you swipe from left to right, so far I've seen it work like 70% of times in apps but iOS doesn't really work off a back button, I'd definitely want to have it back because my muscle memory is just swiping from right side of the screen and I find it now very hard to get used to swipe from left because pro max is very big so it's kinda hard to reach that left side, so that's what I'm learning now.

I find it so far the most shit - the photo gallery app, that's a whole mess and the keyboard. The lack of CROATIAN keyboard is doing my head in, I don't have the recommended words anymore when I'm typing in Croatian so I just use an English keyboard now.

I also find the notification system horrid, I used it for a day now or so and I've already missed some notifications due to not being shown in the task bar like on android.

Maybe that's my honeymoon period but the phone does feel more premium than my old Samsung now. Idk how to describe it, it's like just clean.

Also maybe that's just me but many apps use very different font size scalling, some apps are nice to read, some apps have smaller letters than I'm used to so I need to constantly make a specific function in settings to make a specific app look bigger or smaller that is.

ALSO! Idk how, how but the iphone feels heavier to my pinky finger than my Samsung and I googled and both are like 1:1 in weight??!?

 

No idea, the back button exist, it's just not very handy to use with your big finger since it's on the complete opposite side ;_;

The photo gallery man it's just urghhhh the newest photos go to the bottom not the top so I need to scroll everytime to the bottom ffs it's not nicely labeley into months and stuff. The croatian keyboard exist but has no features like an english one so might as well not use it then.

The notifications just don't work like on android, on android you have a small icon in the taskbar where the hour is so you never really miss it untill you address it, on iOS it's all mixed in some notification center and it's just shit ngl

Yeah like I used the standard font size, the homepage is good then discord is smaller letters, facebook is good and then youtube is again smaller letters. so I've already needed to specifically force size the 2 apps on bigger than it's scalled to.

Idk like the change isn't that big from andorid to iphone, it's just bits and bops of andorid just being easier to use. Also I find Android Auto much much better than CarPlay, like alot, like alot alot better.

Yeah it does seem like an app for notification when it should be as straightforward.....

I won't return it, it's just the little bits and bops, also my change was specifically to have the watch and as much as that sounds shit, the watch is just lightyears in front of android watches and I use my watch all the timeeeeeeee. Can't wait untill it comes, I hope it won't be too big ;_;

@upsurge bro what the ****, I never thought I’d have this problem but **** me I might be forced to return the iPhone, I’m starting to experience such headaches.

my S23 ultra had 240 PWM which is apparently worse but 480 is giving my head in

 

I feel like crying, I can’t believe out of all problems I subconsciously had about an iphone, I’ve been absolutely fucked by the one I thought wouldn’t be an issue because for PWM, higher is better. I will try and get a matt screen tomorrow and pray to God that helps my eye strain because I love my iPhone I hope you have some tips @upsurge
