I'm on chapter 25

 

chapter 25 was sort of an interstitial. I like how Masashi uses Japanese Mythology in his works while his brother uses Judaism and Christianity. Wick and his waifu are pretty cool, maybe he knows something about Ruby's father. Ok so Kirins is with the kids kind of like a team 7. Kujaku is the new villain of this arc

 

It seems that way, yeah. Which is very similar to the whole battle with Zabuza, remember?

 

Yup they're almost parallels

 

Sadly so, though I guess Kakashi and Zabuza would be switched since Kirin is a swordsman with no OPT powers.

chapter 27 was pretty rushed. They didn't show Wick and basil enough to make us feel how Jio was feeling. So Kirin has a brother, interesting

 

chapter 28. that sand dinosaur was pretty cute. and we have a kisame too. why is everybody after the pendant? ok so cross has now met the gang. ok so its jio vs cross next

 

Yeah, this author seems to be tossing facts and things out all willy nilly.

 

chapter 29 was alright, the fight was ok, but i don't understand why they needed to fight in the first place wtf
