You tick the boxes in the thread. Then select move threads and choose the art section. That way you can move multiple threads at a time.

just go visit the section of GFX xd it's there but shows no replies or things and when you click at it it shows the thread in different section

That's because you didn't check the re-direct option when you moved the threads. You need to click on "Do not leave a Re-direct option".
