You know when tatsuya's friends get to know that tatsuya ain't a normal student... and then they get to know that he's part of the military or some shit like that.... did madhouse cut some conversation in that scene? I mean I love those kind of scenes that reveals something of the protagonist and people go ''holy shit!''.

No he doesn't leave school, though Maya tries to make him, but he refused. Plus the story wouldn't be the irregular at magic high school, if the MC wasn't in HS.

It seems that she released all his powers in the last episode when she kisses tatsuya.

The limiter on Tatsuya actually limits half her power too, since its being used to restrain him, so once it was released she was back to her full strength as well.

So when she kissed him, they both got their full power permanently?

Not permanently, because that would be against both the military's and the Yotsuba clan's wishes. Tatsuya's power isn't something that should be allowed to be used freely, because its just way to dangerous. They were probably resealed after the events of the scorched Halloween.
