I would say so, I don't see how Fiamma can counter mist dispersion, which decomposes matter instantaneously, so even if Fiamma was immortal, he couldn't regenerate when his entire body is decomposed to the molecular level.
So this Mist Dispersion would be faster than The Strike That Ends Everything It Touches, and The Strike That Reaches Everything When Swung. I was saying Tatsuya would be immortal for dis fite
Well the exact speed of activation for mist dispersion hasn't been revealed, but its been described as instant. Plus its range is unlimited and can't be blocked unless the targets information body is concealed, which is only available in a few abilities that are only in mahouka verse. Oh and it can't be dodged since it automatically effects the target itself.
I don't think Tatsuya needs to be immortal since he is nearly immortal himself, his body instantly reverts to the moment before it receives any damage as soon as it receives any damage, unless he manually stops it.
Oh I see alright @iNoto is gonna db8 for Tatsuya. I just said immortal cause its 2 v 2 type thing. And I'm debating for death god which would just make tatsuya immortal. Against Fiamma and Arcuied
