That's less a community-specific thing and more just an atypical game setup. Open setups are fairly rare outside of new player games (like Matrix6 for instance), largely because they're quite a bit harder to balance around. In terms of how they play, it's more or less your standard fare, but claiming is often warned against unless one really must claim due to the fact that the Mafia have an even bigger focus on getting rid of the Town powerroles as they know exactly what they are dealing with. That's why we don't just get a mass claim and form a town block (as it wont actually win us the game at all).

That being said, what we're dealing with here is actually a Semi-Open setup. We're not told explicitly every role in the game, but a rough idea on some roles, or to be more precise, if a Closed setup is a setup where player's are only told their own role privately and nothing else about the setup, and an Open-setup is a setup where every player knows exactly what is in the setup, then anything in between is Semi-Open. Again, it plays the same, and the whole claiming thing works the same generally as in open setups, but at the end of the day it's still Mafia.

For those who were wondering what happened, well I was pretty much wondering what happened too after I reread the comment, I was pretty sure he asked how many kiras were in the game else I wouldn't have made such a fuss over nothing, he was simply asking how many weebs are in the game after all, though I'm glad I heavily misinterpreted it because it seems like it fuelled dp1, and some suspicion behind your name is never that bad.

If you still consider it "highly suspicious" to the point that you consider me scum, then I believe you're just trying to force it on someone else just like I mistakenly did.

 

I updated my main post so please everyone go check on it again!!! Claiming in any shape or form about your role is strictly forbidden and will get you host killed and banned from my future games!!!

 

Truth it was very strange and seemed pretty random however he did take it back.

Well i guess in my case since my confusion was from reading both sets of rules it was a little different however it still doesnt really show consistency in his actions

The behaviours this dp were really confusing so i think it's ideal to go a no lynch this dp.

Also @Ouki if the vote stays and @Amruc Ragazhor doesn't countervote (to result in a tie) Amruc will be lynched.

It wouldn't be good if someone is lynched for a basically invalid reason unless of course they turn out to be mafia but i mean that definitely was nothing to go on.
We could get lucky but those chances are really small.
