“Bileygr” is another name for the Norse God Odin, the meaning of the name being ‘the one who lacks an eye’. As such “Bileygr King” would refer to the “One-Eyed King”. The MC is a ghoul - “No Name”. Using their ‘King’ status, the MC led ghouls and reformed the ghoul world. The book portrays “No Name” as a hero and is a heroic tale.

If you read it as a story, you’ll undoubtedly find it interesting. But given that it’s a book written by “her who is a ghoul”, the meaning behind its content is obvious…

…Takatsuki in her press conference announced that the book is “written for ghouls”. Indeed using that way to publicise your book, ghouls would definitely be interested in reading it. …The more important problem is that the human organisation she described in the book… seems to be based off the Washuu Clan.

This book depicts their “true self” as “ghoul supporters”.

Ayato stands next to the gas masked ghouls.

Ayato: …Just take off your masks already, I already knew.
Ayato: Yomo Renji… Touka.

The two remove their masks.

The one who blocked IXA’s attack was Yomo. The one who let out the Ukaku projectiles was Gas Mask no. 33, Touka.

Ayato: …Why did you come?

Touka seemed to have heard it from Banjou.

Touka: I said that we were coming along but did you allow that?
Touka: All of us here want to save Hinami.

Arima fires another attack to Yomo who’s crouching on the floor. Ayato jumps out to help intercept the attack.

Ayato: Don’t go crouching on the floor now, old man!!

Touka follows up with an attack using her ukaku projectiles, Arima dodges them and attacks Ayato and Touka.

Ayato: Ugh…!
Yomo: !

And in a matter of seconds, Ayato and Touka are defeated. Blood continues to drip from Yomo’s mask.

Yomo: (You’re going to take everything from me, aren’t you…?)
Yomo: (…Arima.)
Yomo: (My sister… My hope…)

…

Yomo: (‘Hope’…?)
Yomo: (That’s right…)
Yomo: (In this world where you can only lose something, you’re only hope is “to be connected.”)
Yomo: (Letting the planted seeds bloom.)
Yomo: (…And the flowers drop their seeds.)

Yomo: (When someone drinks the coffee you made and it makes them happy and they say it’s delicious.)

Yomo: (And thru those two who I am connected with by blood…)

Touka notices a change in Yomo.

Yomo removed his mask revealing his true face.

Tokyo Ghoul Chapter 109 Spoilers

Since the leakers threatened to stop posting raws if they're uploaded to anywhere but their site, there will be only text spoilers :-

Urie activates the Fourth Frame to become a full Ghoul. He wounds Donato but the wound is superficial. There's a flash back and it shows Urie's father leading the raid on Donato's orphanage. Urie's father captures Donato and finds a young Amon hiding and presumably rescues him. Time switches back to the present and it looks like Donato is going to leave Urie.

We then transition to the lab where Kaneki has met with Ayato and Takizawa and they put on disguises to search the facility for the RC Suppressant.

We also confirm that the Clowns with the masks are just the clones from Kanou and it seems like they are aware of their actions but not in control. Sort of like Edo Tensei in Naruto.

At the end of the chapter Uta hows up at the CCG HQ and is confronted by Juuzo.
