Rate the Fairy Tail Series

Now that the Fairy Tail manga is over let's rate the series as a whole. Vote in the poll above and give your comments.

 

Oh that is very much hard choice.. When FT was purely comedic light manga I'd give it 7,5. Now, with longer arcs, poorly handled, and meh ending I'd give 4.5..

I guess ill go in the middle, so 6

 

Initial couple arcs: Pretty decent, nothing spectacular.
Nirvana and forward to the end of Tenrou: These are great, had good original characters to them, like when was the last time you saw a man riding atop a flying snake, or a guy that gains more power the more trees there are around?
GMG: Getting kinda confused about where he wanted to go, what with dragons randomly thrown in without much warning.
Tartarus: Back to the good quality.
Avatar: Short and bitter and stress inducing.
Alvarez: Had some great opening, like Erza vs Ajeel and Ajeel actually being a threat. Then everything went downhill after the Laxus vs Wahl fight...

 

The last few chapters of this final arc alone is the enough for me to give it a solid 3.5/10. Shit was a catastrophe. Acno's defeat was probably the worst thing though.

 

It had it's up and downs but if you took it as a series with it's own laws and was just for sillyness it was fairly boob tastic!

I will give it a 3. While it is trash it has some good points most important of which is the beginning arcs and the potential of the magic world.

 

That being said, I miss the series

 

It sucked for most of its run. The only decent parts were at the beginning.

 

I give it a 5 out of 10. It was pretty great during the first few Arcs, and while it does go downhill in the Grand Magic Games and beyond, it was still good until then.
