So Thanks and that woman will free Loki then? Is that it? Not much happening this chapter. I just clocked was it ever said that Elbaf is under Shanks control? I don't see how it makes sense for Hajrudin to be under Luffy who's a literal prince when Luffy is a Yonko as well? Surely Elbaf is independent and Shanks simply has ties to it without being an official protector of it? Also because they are very welcome to someone who's a low-key rival/enemy to Shanks if that was the case?
