Just as I thought Elbaf can't get any interesting due to Loki being shackled, Oda does the plot twist again and makes a Shanks twin villain? I find this so cool. I wonder if Luffy would recognize that this isn't Shanks. I'd love for Luffy to know the difference instantly due to his haki.

I can't help but think this being Shanks makes no sense whatsoever, I can't possibly put Shanks in the villain category after everything we know about him :/ it happened twice this no scar thing!
