    Meh chappo, I love how Oda put Usopp in the light in the last panel, it really is and should be his(ish) arc. So Usopp will be the first one who accomplishes his dream?

    I feel like Usopp is such a pointless waste of a character. He's still the same coward he always was. Even after major moments such as Water 7/Ennis Lobby and the timeskip, he's still the same more or less. I don't think that Elbaf is going to be any more major than Wano was for "Zoro's arc". But maybe that's because Zoro's goal didn't really have anything to do with Wano. Time will tell.

    Idk why people expect more specific character arc, not even Zoro needed one if Wano even was his.

    I'd say Chopper needs an "arc" or being useful in an arc before Nami if we are being serious if we talk about characters dreams :/
