    It has come to our attention that the use of profanity is quite common on SD, so we decided to make a decision that might be fair for us all.

    We decided to add a filter, which is configurable for pretty much anyone.

    You can access this option through Personal Details > Preferences > Profanity Contents.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that checking the option means that you are uncensoring the words (enabling the profanity). Unchecking the option means that you are disabling the profanity and thus, censoring the words.

    Profile comment, quotes, etc that use profanity will always be censored, considering this is a public website.

    With this option in mind, feel free to use profanity as you may.
