Hmmm... how to answer this. I don't actually have a response for her, or an idea of this. Probably for one reason.
It has more to do with the main character then it does Umbra.

Well, the only thing I can really say about them is... given the setting, they're pretty redundant. And there are a couple others things that stick out like that too.

 

Well I mean they're keys, probably opens a door or a vault or something...

We open da door, find out this is all in one humongous shipping crate on it's way to Russia, and we're let loose on ze Soviets along with a bunch of others to end WW3, using that music to keep us calm when necessary and make us go nuts when it doesn't play!

I've been trying to think of a use for the lint, first idea was feed it to the Creeping Edgeness, then have Umbles see if she can smell anything in it, then put it out to distract the Caretaker if he relies on scent in the dark.

 

I've been trying to find a use for it too... I honestly just put it in there for a joke.
