    Abilities:
    Show Spoiler
Accelerator (一方通行アクセラレータ Ippō Tsūkō (Akuserarēta)?, lit. "One-Way Road") is the ability that is exclusively used by Academy City's first ranked Level 5 and strongest esper, which is also his namesake, theAccelerator

The ability is normally applied to allow him to manipulate vectors, though it has been shown that it is more than that, through the use of Accelerator's massive intellect and calculating prowess, thereby influencing his ability to understand unknown or strange laws that are unknown to him, and also making use of that particular law

Accelerator's ability is based on Vector Transformation (ベクトル変換 Bekutoru Henkan?),[Notes 1] known in other names such as Vector Change and Vector Conversion, that allows him to control vectors (magnitude and direction) and influence objects that have vectors such as bullets, heat, and electricity.[2] Accelerator is both passive and active in usage, or can even be a referred to as defensive and offensive.[3][4]

It is self-evident that the ability requires a great amount of calculating power from the esper, as it requires for Accelerator to take into account several vectors that he wants to redirect, and when activated, several variables are present when manipulating and controlling vectors. For example, Accelerator is able to delete data fromLast Order's mind through the manipulation of vectors of her bio-electricity.[5] Furthermore, Accelerator can do it even if he is unconscious, able to make an invisible "tube" to control blood flow in Yoshikawa Kikyou's artery and not allow a single drop to spill.[6] In fact, the combined brains of 10,000 level 3 Sisters are only able to make up less than half of Accelerator's calculating power, though it seems it is enough for Accelerator to use it even in combat.[7]

    Redirection
Accelerator uses this passive ability to "Redirection" or"Reflection" (反射 Hansha?, lit. "Reflection") reverse any oncoming vector coming towards the field that protects his entire body, most likely his AIM Dispersion Field, which somehow covers even the clothes he wears and select objects he is holding. The redirection ability can be done subconsciously through some simple calculations as he was shown doing so as a child 5-6 years prior to the start of the story.[8] He just needs to calculate the minimum required forces like gravity, air pressure, light, oxygen, heat, sound wavelength, etc. and redirect everything else. Things such as light, sound, and gravity are calibrated to pass through this field for his convenience, though he can undo this if he chooses to.[9] For defensive use, Accelerator subconsciously establishes a filter that analyzes everything as harmful or not, and uses his reflect to push away anything that could harm him.[10] Examples of these would be high-velocity vectors that are reflected, such as bullets, which Accelerator obviously could not consciously react to, as the speed of a bullet is immensely high. He was also able to re-direct Misaka's Railgun.[11]

It is the default and the most basic use of Accelerator's power, allowing him to be protected from nearly any sort of attack, and he even boasts that with it he is able to even withstand a nuclear missile, shock-wave, heat, and radiation.[2] However, in his fight against Kamijo Touma after he causes a dust-explosion he mentions that it seems that he might not actually be able to survive it due to being deprived of oxygen in the center of vacuum created by the explosion.[12] Though he quickly counters that it becomes a none issue by simply having an oxygen tank on him about the size of a can of hairspray. It is this barrier that reflects anything harmful to him that gave him his infamous look. His albino appearance is because his body doesn't need to produce protection from the harmful UV rays as Accelerator's power does it for him which has caused his body to stop producing Melanin as it no longer needs to. Moreover, his androgynous appearance is due to his power, as their is lack of outside stimulus, there is an imbalance of hormones that gave him his looks.[13] It is said to even be able to reflect teleportation vectors in the 11th dimension, though a strange phenomenon would occur in the 3-dimensional world, so thus people could not teleport harmful objects into his body, as most teleporters would do in a battle. And with magic, information regarding magic attacks affecting his field is limited, though when Accelereator tried to redirect Vodyanoy's attack on his person it was not completely redirected but disintegrated into a rainbow of light.[14]

    Vector Manipulation
Vector Control (ベクトル制御 bekutoru seigyo?, lit. "Vector Control") is the active effect of the Accelerator and requires active calculations in order to maintain it, as even a slight error can nullify the effect.[Excerpts 4] A seemingly recent discovery of Accelerator's due to his abuse of his Redirection, the effect allows Accelerator to manipulate vectors instead of redirecting them.[15] It is most likely this effect of being able control nearly everything in the world that Accelerator is described as "The One Who Wields the Power of God" (神にも等しい力の片鱗を振るう者 Kami nimo hitoshii chikara no henrin wo furuu mono?),[18] even more so now that he can analyze and understand different laws. Furthermore, it is this effect that allows Accelerator to use magic, though not without consequences.[1]

Kuroyoru Umidori's Bomber Lance is base off of this active effect.[4] The unique trait of this active effect is that it has many applications:
    Show Spoiler

    • Earthquake Generation: By altering the vector of force applied to the ground by his feet, he causes a little explosion made of earth and rocks to attack his opponents. At the beginning of the series this was his most common method of attack. He can also use this to propel himself forward, as seen in the Sisters Arc, or cause massive destruction to the ground and surrounding buildings due to shock-waves created by the impact, as seen during his scuffle with Awaki in the Tree Diagram Remnant Arc.
    • Tactile Telekinesis: By touching an object, he can use his ability to change the magnitude of vectors he comes in contact with, such as seen during his fight with Kamijou Touma in the Sisters Arc. This allows him to change the vectors of objects in such a way that he can turn them to projectiles. An example of the use of this ability is in his fight with Touma, when he lightly kicked a rock to make it shoot like a bullet, or when he stomped on train rails to push them out of their sockets, and lightly knocked on them to make those rails rain upon Touma. This ability also allows him to mimic superhuman strength, as he once used it to pick up and throw a concrete wall.
    • Aerokinesis: He can re-vector the surrounding winds and force them to congregate at a single point creating an extremely high velocity wind, but it had flaws like when the wind is moving in an abnormal direction or when his vector calculations are disturbed by sound as showed as with Kihara in the Volume 13.
    • Plasma Generation: He can even create plasma by further compressing the wind at high speeds in a single point.
    • Acceleration: By controlling the vectors around his body he can achieve inhuman speed.
    • Kinetic Energy Manipulation: Shown in Volume 13, he takes control of the planet's rotational vectors and transfers an enormous amount of that energy into one attack. This attack used up so much of the planets rotational energy that it slowed down the the earth's rotation by about 5 minutes.
    • Mind Hacking: In accord to him by redirecting the electrical signals of the human body he can take 'control' over them and rewrite the memories and personality of the people as showed with Last Order in the Vol.5. However this type of application is extremely difficult, as the precision of this process requires all his brainpower to a point when he doesn't have enough calculating ability for his redirection leaving him vulnerable. With Accelerator's calculation ability reduced to less than half, this application seems to be no longer usable.[19]
    • Flight: By controlling the wind around him he creates about 4 high-powered tornadoes behind him to allow him to fly. Showed in Vol.8 and 15. He is also able to redirect the vectors of gravity upon him.
    • Sound Nullifying: Shown in Three Stories Arc, by controlling the vectors around his body and creating a second skin of vectors that nullifies sound.
    • Blood Control: By touching his opponent he can kill them by either reversing their blood flow or just exploding them. In Volume 19, where he was cut by the wings of Aiwass, he was able to survive because he used his ability and brought them through his destroyed veins. It seems like he can close his wound completely; only a few days later he travelled with Last Order in a train because he needed to find Index and his choker was on 'normal mode', which means he wasn't using his ability, in Volume 22 he used Index's 'Heal Song' and healed Last Order but couldn't prevent the backslash, his body destroyed itself, before that he was shot several times by Worst. After the WW3, where he gained a halo over his head and White Wings, it seemed like this wounds weren't a threat to him anymore, at least it wasn't mentioned that they would be a disadvantage to him.
      Weaknesses

The barrier for his redirection is not an absolute defense, as Kihara Amata has demonstrated. Since it only reverses the vectors that are coming towards him, any vector that comes towards his barrier and pulls away at the exact moment before hitting its field will go towards Accelerator.[16]

Furthermore, attacks that are built upon laws or vectors unknown to him can penetrate his defense, such as what Kakine Teitoku did with the light passing through his white wings[10] or the attacks that Aiwass made on him that cut him down.[17]

However, due to the nature of his power and Accelerator's massive calculating prowess, Accelerator can change the rules of his filter system.[10]

Finally, like all supernatural phenomena, the Imagine Breaker can bypass the field that protects Accelerator, though it is not known if he can negate the field.

    Abilities & Powers
Saitama is the titular One Punch Man and the strongest character in the series. No enemy has been able to injure him in any way, or even survive from a single earnest punch. A few enemies have survived punches from him, such as any human he has struck, and Lord Boros, whom Saitama empathized with and held back against so as to give him a satisfying fight. Saitama's power is that his body is far beyond human limits, allowing him to achieve astounding physical feats. His strength is so great that it vastly eclipses even artificial beings designed or bred specifically for superhuman combat, such as mechanical beings or the mutated warriors from the House of Evolution. Since no enemies have posed any real challenge to Saitama yet, the upper bound of his strength is likely even higher than it appears. While his power is only limited to heightened human traits - Saitama cannot fly or fire energy blasts - his superhuman abilities more than makes up for the lack of variety in his powers.

The origin of Saitama's immense strength is mysterious and unclear. Although he tells everyone he got his incredible power through mere strength training, no one believes him at all. According to Saitama, after a year and half of 100 daily push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, plus 10 km daily running, he had achieved some level of superhuman strength. This training was apparently so intense for Saitama that he at times felt he might die, and claims that it is what caused all of his hair to suddenly and eventually fall out. He apparently continued his training for another year and half before beginning his hero career. Genos believes that Saitama doesn't actually know or understand how he gained his power, and hopes to learn the secret by sparring with and observing him. It should be noted, however, that Saitama would complete all parts of the training one after the other without breaks and was battling mysterious beings that appeared during that time, which would have made completing the training more intense than would normally be expected.

    Physical Abilities
Immeasurable Strength: Saitama possesses immense physical strength and therefore, capable of effortlessly defeating powerful monsters and villains, with a single, nonchalant punch (although this strength is not limited to punches). Saitama's punch is so powerful that many enemies simply explode when struck. He is also shown to effortlessly destroy walls and buildings. An example of this casual, yet overwhelming offensive power occurs when Saitama launches himself from the top of a building, and blasts right through a city-sized meteor. When launched from the earth to the moon by a strike from Lord Boros, he used his jumping power to return to the earth in mere moments, causing a huge shock wave and immense tremors . A "normal" punch from him is shown to be very fatal to someone as durable as Boros. Saitama has shown to be able to control the strength of his attacks, but still tends to go overboard, occasionally causing mass devastation in the aftermath.
    Show Spoiler

    • Enhanced Leap: His inability to fly is somewhat compensated by his ability to use his strength to leap tremendous heights and distances. This can be shown when smashed his head through the ceiling of a gymnasium during the hero tryouts.[73] He was also able to smash a building into its foundation just by leaping off from its roof. His greatest feat in this regard, however, was when he leapt from the surface of the moon and ended up back on Earth at a specified point.
Immeasurable Speed: Saitama was able to complete a 1500 meter dash in an instant during his hero tryouts. He has proven able to effortlessly keep up with Sonic, who is able to move at above hypersonic speeds. Even Genos' computerized targeting systems have difficulty tracking him. Saitama has also shown the ability to run-down a building to save a piece of salmon he was having for lunch and leap back up said building without on-lookers noticing he had even done so. Ironically, despite his incredible reflexes and speed, he still has problems squashing a simple mosquito.
    • Afterimages: He is so fast that he leaves afterimages when moving at high speeds, and is agile enough to dodge Beast King's rapid-fire Limb cutter attacks while moving in for the kill. After assaulting Saitama with a flurry of punches in his practice fight, Genos realized that he was fighting his afterimages.

Superhuman Senses: Saitama's senses are far beyond the human norm, being able to keep track of extremely fast opponents, such asSonic easily. He also seems to have developed a sixth sense; being able to dodge danger even though he hasn't seen it. Nevertheless, Saitama's senses do not have the same degree of 'resolution' as some of Genos' sensors, which can detect and distinguish foes at a greater distance. In spite of it however he does possess impressively sharp hearing, being able to pick up on various chatter from bystanders a good distance away even while fighting monsters and the like.

Invulnerability: Saitama can withstand blows from extremely powerful beings such as Carnage Kabuto without taking a scratch or feeling any pain. When Genos created a huge, spherical blast of flame to kill Mosquito Girl's mosquitoes, Saitama remains standing right next to him totally unharmed and unperturbed. He also survived being kicked to the moon by Boros in his fully powered state, and going from the Earth to the moon and back with little to no damage from leaving and entering the Earth's atmosphere (only his clothes were burnt). Blunt strikes aside, Saitama was able to casually stand near Genos's incineration blast without taking damage. Saitama also prefers to dodge or block attacks using edged weapons rather than take them head on, as he sometimes does with strikes from fists or blunt objects. It has been shown that, despite the dangers of holding ones breath in space, Saitama is able to do so with no negative effects on his body. However, it is worth noting that Saitama does see mosquitoes as a potential weakness, preferring to hide from the mosquito swarm heading his way rather than confront it, although he did not know that a monster was responsible for the swarm in the first place.

    Techniques
Normal Series: Saitama's Normal Series consists of techniques in which he puts little to no effort into attacking.
    • Consecutive Normal Punches: Saitama launches a volley of quick, single handed punches from his right. These blows have been shown to be powerful enough to blow strong or large body types apart. Depending on the power of the attack, this technique can occur in an instant.

Serious Series: Saitama's Serious Series consists of techniques in which he puts effort into attacking. While he normally punches without putting in much effort, when Saitama gets serious in a fight, his techniques become tremendously powerful.
    • Serious Strike: Saitama throws an extremely powerful punch. This punch is shown to completely negate and destroy a beam capable of wiping out a planet's surface. The shockwave from the punch was powerful enough to part clouds on a global scale.
    • Serious Consecutive Side Hops: Saitama hops from side to side rapidly. Doing so allows him to create a multitude of afterimages. He has been shown to be able to walk forward while doing so and the shock wave caused by it was enough to break Sonic's Ten Shadows Burial.

That doesn't matter though, Accelerators reflection will just repel all of Saitama's attacks right back at him.

Please read their abilities before making a judgement.

I really don't know how to approach any debate that involves Saitama, given that OPM in general is a manga that really isn't suited for having debates about. The whole manga is just ridiculous, which is not a negative quality, but that is something that hampers many peoples' ability to effectively make judgements and conclusions about Saitama's power and capabilities. I've also no experience with whatever anime Accelerator comes from, so I can't really decide on who would win here.

I did, im assuming since it said

"For defensive use, Accelerator subconsciously establishes a filter that analyzes everything as harmful or not, and uses his reflect to push away anything that could harm him.Examples of these would be high-velocity vectors that are reflected, such as bullets, which Accelerator obviously could not consciously react to, as the speed of a bullet is immensely high."

Since it considers something like a bullet immensely fast, it wouldnt be able to react to saitama. Besides that,

"The barrier for his redirection is not an absolute defense, as Kihara Amata has demonstrated. Since it only reverses the vectors that are coming towards him, any vector that comes towards his barrier and pulls away at the exact moment before hitting its field will go towards Accelerator."

Saitama could just do that. Also since,

"Accelerator's ability is based on Vector Transformation (ベクトル変換 Bekutoru Henkan?), known in other names such as Vector Change and Vector Conversion, that allows him to control vectors (magnitude and direction) and influence objects that have vectors such as bullets, heat, and electricity. Accelerator is both passive and active in usage, or can even be a referred to as defensive and offensive."

He can't control scalar quantities like temperature. Saitaima could move at dangerous speeds and burn him .

That doesn't mean the speed of a bullet is his limit, it was just giving an example of a high velocity vector.

He would have to learn how Accelerators vector manipulation works, in order to do that. Which would be impossible, unless he was told it.

    He can though
The only way i can see Saitama winning is if Accelerator's redirection has a limit to how much force it can handle and if Saitama's full strength can break through that limit. However, so far in the Index LN's, there hasn't been a given limit for Accelerator's redirection.

Can accelerator reflect or redirect constant saitama attacks which seem to be stronger than anything he has countered in the animu

As long as he is using his ability he should. In his awakened state, Accelerator was able to reflect and negate an attack that would have caused global annihilation. There has been no limit placed on the amount of force Accelerator's reflection can take.

The attacks he reflects will be thrown right back at Saitama, so it'll be question if Saitama's defense is greater than his offense.

Please elaborate how Saitama gets past Accelerators redirection?
