Since the manga was completed, I just didn't bother reading any of the light novel, but the live action movie was a good watch, like the Full Metal Alchemist movie.

You should catch up on the light novels. Other than the movie novelizations, the original light novels were confirmed to be canon. And the latest two ('We do knot always love you' and 'Can't fear your own world') have a LOT of interesting lore and reveals.

They expect too much from a company already delivering more than a lot used to.

Dave Lee Down Under made a great video explaining how toxic fans broke Lucas and made him lose interest in making his sequel trilogy. He then went ahead and sold Lucasfilm to Disney for much less than what it was worth because he was tired of it all. The pistol I would recommend for use against B1 battle droids and Scavenger droids. It's also a good option to switch to the pistol when up against Geonosian warriors and Trandoshan slavers instead of reloading the DC-17m rifle in mid-combat (the pistol's damage per shot is greater than that of the DC-17m rifle's).

The pistol is actually quite powerful. A single well placed head-shot will take the head off of a B1 and three to four head-shots will kill Geonosian warriors and Trandoshan slavers.
