Dear buyer

You are receiving this email because you purchased an RCM jig from me on ebay over the past 3 weeks.

Due to a manufacturing error, some units have been sent out with incorrect wire contacts that could make use of the jigs difficult and if forced or used incorrectly, could potentially damage your switch!

If you have one of the jigs with a "V" shaped top, please do NOT use it, but instead reply to me and I will send another out in the new design. The jig should slide easily into the rails and not need to be pushed hard or forced down.

If you are yet to received your unit as you are overseas, please keep this email for when your jig arrives and then contact me as soon as you know

If you are unsure, please send a photo of your jig and I will let you know. Very recent orders are unaffected.
