Hitagi Senjogahara(Monogatari Series)

Hitagi, the main female character of Bakemonogatari, is a weak-looking girl with an "incurable disease." She is in the same class as Koyomi, but he has almost never heard her speak. When she was in the first year of high school, she encountered a mysterious crab, after which she became nearly weightless. Ever since then, she has avoided contact with everyone else, threatening everyone who discovers her secret. She called herself a tsundere and always speaks in an abusive style.

Shiki Ryougi(Kara no Kyoukai)

Shiki Ryougi is the main protagonist of Kara no Kyoukai. She is a girl who possesses the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, a supernatural ability that allows the user to see the inherent mortality of everything (both living and non-living) in the form of lines. In her case, however, what she sees is the Origin of what she is observing. She assists the Garan no Dou agency in handling paranormal cases when combat is required.​

Damn, this was actually a hard choice, but as far as characters go Senjougahara is a lot more enjoyable. Shiki is just badass
