Well I just don't want people to think we're showing favoritism for Shiki, so when something like that happens after what went on before, that doesn't look very good. Plus he shouldn't really vote if he knows neither character, unless he just wants to be involved.

 

so, reset the polls, when mokoto was legitly winning, and would of won, and if any rigging occurs again, shiki wins, even though that was the person people rigged it for.
