Synopsis

The previously bedridden Keina Kagami finds herself in the world of her favorite VRMMORPG—titled Leadale—after the life support keeping her alive fails. Reincarnated in the body of her high-level character, "Cayna," she notices that the world of Leadale is different from what she remembers playing.

As she comes to learn, two hundred years have passed since she last interacted with the world. However, this does not sadden Cayna—as it means that a new journey awaits her, filled with exciting prospects and unfamiliar faces all waiting to be discovered.

Episode 1 was good, seems like a chill kind of anime. Cayna died while hospitalized due to a power outage and somehow was reborn into her game, although it seems like it's about 200 years from when she played, so a few things have changed. Namely there only being 3 kingdoms now. She still seems to have infamy as the "Silver Ring Witch" But, she has met a good group of town people. Teleporting back to her tower, it's revealed she apparently has three kids she created.

 

Episode 2 was good. Poor Cayna had a hangover from the celebration. A group of caravaners came through the town and one had been badly injured by a monster, but Cayna was able to heal them. She used a double spell which seems very unique. She decided to accompany them to the Royal Capital of Felskeilo to meet up with her daughter and two sons. The people were shocked to find that out. Before leaving, she made a promise to Lytt that she'd return, and told her that she was the "bad" witch as part of their promise.

When Cayna made it there, she couldn't meet her son Skargo who had become a high priest without making an appointment. She was able to meet her other son Kartatz who is a dwarf. He was flustered about it. She requested that he pass on that she was in the capital to his siblings.

Cayna then signed up at the guild to become an adventurer, and completed a quest for a potion while she was there. She then got roped into a quest to find the young boy who is likely the prince, and she walked on water through it. When the siblings met up later, Mai-Mai was able to tell that her mother likely made the potion as it was "outdated".

 

Episode 3 was good. Poor Cayna, the towns people are a bit carried away about her running on water. She got a summons to the Royal Academy, this was by Mai-Mai. It was firstly to meet up with her again, and Mai-Mai got a bit carried away. Cayna was quickly introduced to Mai-Mai's husband Harvery and he called her Missy before being acquianted. They seemed to get along, but Cayna was quick to leave after giving a quick potion explanation to the students.

Cayna took her next question, something to do with ghosts in the coliseum. She started out summoning a sword with a salamander inside and a Cerberus wolf (Ceberwoof) to prepare. Looks like the prince kid tagged a long to spy. Cayna was able to happen upon another tower, although it seems to have been long abandoned, as no other player has logged in, so she concludes that it isn't the Leadale from the game. She was able to take over the tower, but expended a lot of mana to do so.

Cayna was drained from both giving MP to the tower and also from realizing no other players are around. This had Skargo worried so he ran to her only for her to be creeped out and punch him through the ceiling and then putting a barrier around herself. Mai-Mai came to look and had Skargo carried off in a coffin.

 

Episode 4 was good, after some panic from the siblings, turns out Cayna was fine after she got hungry, good thing Kartatz ran into her. He passed it on to Mai-Mai and Skargo, and they were relieved after Cayna broke up their fight. She then apologised to them.

Cayna then got invited to join the caravaner group asking for her protection while they travelled due to bandits taking over one of the routes. She summoned a centaur and Ceberwoof to help out. After walking them over the water, they were attacked by the bandits, but they were taken out without issue. Cayna feels bad about it though due to them now being real.

 

Episode 5 was good. The group arrived in the Royal Capital of Helshper without further issue. This allowed Cayna to meet her grandchildren Caerick and Caerina. Caerick made her angry by trying to put her up in a nice room, before she ran into Caerina who is a knight. She apologised on his behalf. Seems like Cayna was more mad at Mai-Mai for not telling her sooner. She also has a great grandson there although didn't really interact with him.

In the end, Cayna apologised for her reaction to Caerick and then asked him for details about the tower in the area. He gave her a mission to deliver supplies to Caerina and her troop, then she could pass through the area and get to the tower. She arrived super quick which surprised Caerina. Some rock golems attack, and she told Cayna to stay put who was undecided if she'd help due to not wanting to be the centre of attention. When Caerina and her group failed to deal with the rock golems, Cayna decided to now step in.

 

Episode 6 was good. Cayna made short work of things with the stone golems. She then travelled to the tower and took out the bandits before confronting their leader who was actually a player and seemingly some kid, but Cayna still wanted to "deliver justice" despite him having no idea it wasn't a game apparently. The knights stepped in and took him under their custody for a trial. The master of the tower had left a book and ring for Cayna, and a fairy came out. She made it back to the city without issue.

 

Episode 7 was good. Cayna was offered again to join the Flame Spears and also to be the caravan's private body guard, but she refused for now. Lonti found Cayna and asked her to be the body guard for both herself and the princess, Myleene although she kept it a secret to start. She also seems to have feelings for Skargo which Cayna picked up straight away.

Looks like some more people from Cayna's world have shown up, looking for her presumably, but it was nice for the two to meet each other. They all arrived in this world at different times. Harvery tried to copy Cayna's potion and somehow revived a monster when he disposed of it outside.

 

Episode 8 was good. The other two players gave their best to fight that monster, but didn't have much of a chance. Luckily Cayna arrived and took it out without issue. She offered to make a sword for Kohral from the drop which Shining Saber was envious of. They ended up getting acquainted after they all realised they were players. Cayna then went back to the village and met with Lytt.

 

Episode 9 was good. Seems like the village and Cayna went overboard with celebration as she was hung over again. The village voiced their concerns over hearing some voice from the well, turns out a mermaid somehow got teleported into it from some anomaly in the ocean. She has no idea where she is from in terms of the location, but is staying with the villagers for now.

Cayna decided to travel with Shining Saber and his group to get to her next destination, and he made an embarrassing scene by bridal carrying her. They were teased endlessly by his people. Cayna made it to the village, but it was sketchy. Someone has made zombies somehow, I guess with magic.

It's alright, not particularly good, or bad. I probably wouldn't recommend it.

 

Episode 10 was good. Cayna ran into some more players, one who was actually in her guild but is on an alt Exis and the other that was also in the guild Quolkeh. They came across the same place with the zombies as Cayna and they found a survivor a young girl Luka. After that, the group cleared up the area. It was decided that Cayna would adopt Luka and they'll return to the village for now. Before that, Cayna found the next castle getting the next ring.

 

Episode 11 was alright. Not a whole lot happened, just Cayna going around letting her kids know that she was moving to the other village to live and raise Luka. Looks like Luka and Lytt became fast friends. To help with things, Cayna called out Roxilius' sister Roxine so they could both be attendants. They banter a bit, but Cayna put them into line. Mimily the mermaid had Lytt push her into a clothes washing business.

 

Episode 12 was alright for a round out episode. Lol at Roxine bagging on Roxilius for being unable to stop Cayna from drinking, only for the same thing to happen to her. Cayna was gifted the land the village founder used to live on, so she has a nice house she built on the property. She then got roped into another celebration with the villagers. Lytt and Luka have become pretty good friends and so Cayna took them both flying.
