    Alright chapter. I'm not overly feeling this flashback, just don't really care. All kinda feels the same. Marines bad. Generic civilians bad. Bad thing happen. So Brook lived like a street rat and if his lyrics were true, then seems like his mother, father and little brother are all dead from starvation? Maybe that's just the song though. After the marine ordeal where they were going to randomly kill him he ended up in Leuven's care. Lol at Shuri beating off all the suitors.

    So far Brook has been more relevant than Usopp in this arc, which is weird.

    Chapter was okay. Leave it to Oda for giving every Strawhat a sob backstory. Leuven adopted Brook. Seems like Candel was Guard Corps leader before Brook.

    At this point, the only good character development Usopp could have is a heroic death which will never happen.

    Brook had double sob backstory, if you think about it.
