The design was a little unconventional by OP standards because most of the characters, even villains have a goofy appearance. It felt a little out of place but personally it grew up on me very quickly. It is a bit extra yes, but I guess every ensemble will have some meaning in the future.
Mixed bag. Not a fan of the entire design, I think it's got too much going on. The abilities are interesting. Not really much to say in all.
