So apparently the Schwarzesmarken anime won't really turn out well or won't be adapting the whole thing. 2channers who saw the presentation claim it's gonna be adapting the whole story (both VNs) in a very truncated manner.

On the other hand, I've also heard a comment on the wikipedia state that Yoshimune said it's only gonna be adapting the first Visual Novel which isn't even half of the story and to see the rest, you'll have to read the second Visual Novel, but I didn't see any source on that statement.

Also Schwarzesmarken's second Visual Novel is confirmed to have three routes and multiple endings. It will also have bad endings. First VN is linear and follows the first 3 volumes of the LN (with some added content, I believe). The second VN will follow volumes 4 through 7 from the LN in one route with some added content (this will be Irisdina's route). As for the other two routes, people are assuming it's gonna be Katia route (this one is pretty much a given) and Lise route. The other two routes branch off from the light novel after vol 3 so they'll be following a different story than Irisdina's route, i.e. the rest of the volumes of the LN.

Age is apparently putting a lot of resources and effort into Schwarzesmarken and the general reception of the LN is pretty good so I'm pretty excited to see this get translated.

If we go by what the supposed Yoshimune source says, then it's adapting the first VN and the ending for the anime will basically be a cliffhanger. For the rest, you'll have to read the second VN which has three routes like I said above.

 

Think this FC should be more active. If Billy read MLA, we could have made a home porn video of him mating with BETA, because he's a BETA faggot like them. But for now, we'll have to satisfy ourselves with fappart.

Also, for the fags that didn't know, there will be an uncensored version of Schwarzesmarken episodes airing 5 days after the uncensored one airs so the first uncensored episode will be up on 15/1.

Better than I expected. The music was good, characters are either cliche or interesting (depending on how you look at it), and there wasnt really anything to censor. The first half was really quick paced as it covered the whole first chapter, and it pretty much glazed over how much of a **** Gretel is, and she just seems strict in the anime as opposed to autocratic socialist freak in the novel. The random inclusion of german words is still pretty irksome, but not as bad as the novel is. The rescue of the F4G was slightly different, and Irisdina's talk witth Theodor was supposed to be a bit more revealing than that.

All in all, an adaptation entirely within the margin of error for quality and content inclusion, worth watching, and better not go to shit on ep 3 like TE did.
