    Cell is actually the best villain in DBZ, you people are dismissing him because of the mere fact that he was in DBZ which is some NDS tier argument shit

    I'd say kotomine due being slightly more evil, cell was definitely more entertaining though.

    Exactly Dragon ball characters never get the respect they deserve situations like this though I personally prefer Frieza to Cell as best villian.
