It's clearly Denuvo and Ubisoft's own DRM layer adding to the mess. People using pirated versions of the same games on which these issues are reported, do not report such bad performance issues (other than those that are clearly due to the bad optimization on Ubisoft's end).

Example:
Far Cry 6 sees fps drops to as low as 21 fps on an RTX 3070 on max detail settings, with a 54 fps average. But that is for the legitimately purchased title. Pirated versions see a steady 70 fps (albeit also with frame rate drops to as low as 21 fps in some places).

I think it was mentioned earlier on in the manga that there was something off about Yusuke, something not human. But, yeah, none of that in the anime. Came right out of nowhere.

It's not really that stupid. It's okay. And you can't deny that this is one of the most badass transformations you've ever seen. And that music that plays when he hands Sensui's ass to him? Man, it is ******* awesome.

I get what you're saying. Not saying there is zero truth to it. But these fucks have to understand that the vast majority of their customers are average PC users who can't be bothered to do all that software engineering shit just to get one game, which they legitimately paid for, just up and working. I can understand this shit happening with pirated titles, because they can be cucked in some ways here and there (a perfect example being the pirated copies of Crysis 1 and Warhead hanging/crashing when using DX10, so you have to use console commands to disable DX10 and force the games to use DX9). But someone who legitimately threw down $60+ at a game they like and it not running properly is not fine. That is a sign of a broken or unfinished product. It's up to the maker of that product to ensure that it is 100% finished and tested before launch, to make sure that it runs smoothly in all but certain extreme scenarios.
