Film Club Thread

So, I'm an avid fan of movies and am always looking to discover and share my passion for them. I came across this idea from a thread I saw on another community. The concept is pretty simple, it's a group of similar film lovers who get together weekly and watch a film. I recently discovered there's an awesome website/app called Kast that allows you to host 'rooms' where others can come and watch as you stream a movie, etc.

So, I'm curious. Who else would be interested in participating?

 

It’s a pretty good idea. What type of movies would the group be watching? I wouldn’t be able to participate weekly, maybe monthly. I agree with Kast being great for streaming.

 

It could be hosted weekly, monthly or bi-annually, depending on the number of people participating and their availability. The movie genre would be randomly selected from a list of nominated ones using a picker wheel.

 

This sounds very interesting and rather intriguing for an idea and something to do. I'm willing to join it since I'm huge movie fanatic.
