How is that, I mean a nuke generates insane pressure blast

 

You have two main problems here:
1. Insane yield requirements.
2. Fallout dispersal.

1. Insane yield requirements:
You would need a nuke with a yield of several hundred Megatons (I'm guessing 500+ Megatons) just to disperse a normal 24 kilometre diameter rainstorm (which requires energy equivalent to 550+ Megatons to form in the first place).

For reference:
Little Boy (the nuke dropped on Hiroshima) had a yield of 0.015 Megaton (15 Kilotons).
The Tsar Bomba (the most powerful explosive device detonated by humans to date) had a yield of 50 Megatons.

In order to disperse tropical cyclones with diameters in the 100+ km range, you would theoretically need a nuke (rough calc in my head) with a yield of at least 100 Gigatons (1 Gigaton = 1,000 Megatons = 1,000,000 Kilotons).

^ And that's a low-ball estimate.

For reference:
The estimated combined total yield of all of the world's nuclear arsenals today is 6 to 7 Gigatons.

And keep in mind that the typical tropical cyclone is 400 to 1000 kilometres in diameter. You would theoretically need yields in the Teraton range to disperse those.

1 Teraton = 1,000,000 Megatons = 1,000,000,000 Kilotons

2. Fallout dispersal:
The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration conducted research on the viability of using nukes to disperse tropical storms. They drew two conclusions:
(a) Our pathetic nukes would do literally nothing to the storms.
(b) The storm winds would actually make things worse: They would ferry around the nuclear fallout and do a damn good job of spreading it all around once the storm made landfall.

the real take away from this is that c3po has glowing red eyes which obviously means he was snoke's real master all along and the overarching village in the story. big news tbh

My theories:

1. Anakin installed a psycho kill mode somewhere deep in C-3PO's programming, and it's finally active.

2. Someone installed the Triple-Zero matrix in C-3PO.

3. C-3PO just finally snapped after a particularly terrible argument with R2-D2 and decided he wasn't going to take shit from anyone any more.

We actually do seem him in one poster with a bandolier of ammunition and a heavy blaster.
